Resources that I put together!

  • ChiScraper! The most useful tool I have ever made, and I legitimately use it every day. ChiScraper pulls articles from ArXiv, and ranks them based on its relevance to your interests. It is a great way to keep up to date with the latest research in your field.
  • LoFi Radio! A terminal based LoFi Radio that I made in Python. It is super simple and minimalist to stay distraction free!
  • How to build your own RSS Feed. I wrote a short explainer on how to setup an RSS Feed for your own website.
  • Resources that I find useful!

    Webmastery!

Here are some links to handy dandy tutorials and resources

  • Sadgrls Layout Builder. This is a great lil tool to get you a fully formed website layout in a single copy and paste.
  • sadgrl
  • Petra Pixels Tutorial on pushing your local changes to production with a github action. This greatly improves on the slog of trying to updating your website via the Neocities web interface.

    Other Tools That I like:

Kill The Newsletter! I read my RSS feed every day. It is where I get my news, check the ArXive and read the blogs of other people I follow. I have the problem that some people have replaced the blog with an email newsletter. I DO NOT WANT MORE emails in my inbox. this is where kill the newletter comes in. They give me an email alias to sign up for newsletters, and it converts each email it recieves into an RSS feed for me to view at my lesuire. Plus, it is free and Open Source. Thanks Leonardo!
